Description: Automatic sample preparation system (FREESTYLE robotics system) with modules for concentration (EVAporation), gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and solid phase extraction (SPE) as well as hardware and software for device operation. The FREESTYLE robotics system can be used in residue analysis to prepare and clean sample extracts for chromatographic measurements. The system works automatically, it does not have to be constantly monitored and enables the combination of cleaning (GPC, SPE) and concentration steps (evaporation). Methods for each module or combined procedures can be created, saved and called up as required.

Chromeleon 7.2.10 ES is used as control and evaluation software. The GC-MS/MS measuring system is used to identify and quantify the residues of pesticides and other relevant xenobiotics in various matrices [e.g. bees, plants, pollen, nectar, wax].
