Overall objective of the project

Harmonisation of the rules for the inspection of sprayers in use according to EU-wide commonly agreed technical requirements in order to fulfill mutual recognition of inspected and indicated plant protection equipment. Legal basis for these actions are § 16 (4) no. 3 and § 57 (2) no. 7 PflSchG.
