Overall objective of the project
Coordinated trials on focus topics are carried out at different locations of the participating institutions. Currently it is tested if the addition of sugar in low concentration to different PPP's may increase efficacy against Frankliniella occidentalis. To exclude the possibility of side effects against pollinators, additional trials with bees and bumblebees were carried out. Furthermore trials on application technique are carried out in order to improve nozzle choice in ornamental production.
