In the project, liver samples from hoofed game are collected by the Staatsbetrieb Sachsenforst. These samples are examined for pesticide residues and possible sources of residues are identified. The results will be published in an international publication by the project manager are intended to shed light on the issue of residues in hunted game in Germany for the first time.
