Scientific implementation of the third-party funded project BIONEERS: “Organic Fruit Production Network for the Development and Testing of Resilient Farming Systems Along the Entire Value Chain”

• Literature reviews and metadata analyses on the effects of plant protection products on non-target arthropods in organic orchards  
• Scientific assessment and documentation of impacts on beneficial arthropods (excluding bees)
• Comparison of regulatory data with practical field experience and analysis of potential differences
• Development of beneficial-friendly plant protection strategies and science-based recommendations in organic orchards
• Assessment of risks and side effects of plant protection measures on beneficial arthropod communities and agroecosystems
