Research project: Increase of nitrogen fertilisation efficiency and reduction of nitrogen surpluses in the production of baking wheat by using new specific crop variety characteristics (N-DECREASE)
- Analysing alternative indicators of baking quality in the wheat production
- Assessing the role of the glutenin-macropolymer(GMP) content and gluten content in determining baking quality
- Estimating the mixing potential of current wheat cultivars
- Developing fertilisation strategies to reduce N-balance surplus
- Interacting with stakeholders and information transfer into practice
- Management of field and laboratory trials
