- Establishment of chromatographic methods for the characterization of plant metabolites
- Analysis of crop-specific quality characteristics in relation to abiotic stress and variation of production systems
- Evaluation of genetic resources for quality, e.g. content and composition of proteins, fats, carbohydrates and anti-nutritive ingredients.
