Research associate in the research groups “Molecular Insect Pathology” and “Diagnosis and Histopathology” with focus on the project “BioSam: Registration and characterization of arthropod and plant pathogenic microorganisms and viruses of the JKI collections with respect to invasive species of cultured plants under climate change condition”.

• Molecular identification and characterization of arthropod and plant pathogens
• Genome analysis and genotyping of microorganisms and viruses
• Morphological identification and characterization of insect pathogens with light and electron microscopy
