Assignments and Research Activities:

• Research associate in the BLE project "WATARA-MODE" (grant number 28-1-87.16X-19) Subproject A) Commodity-based risk analyses for early detection of potential quarantine pests that could be carried into the EU.
• Identification of unknown pests that could enter the EU and Germany with the import of bamboo.
• Identification of unknown pests from the globally distributed jewel beetle genus Agrilus spp.
• Evaluation and prioritization of the identified pests and preparation of alert lists of potential quarantine pests.
