Testing of plant protection equipment

The Institute for Application Techniques in Plant Protection offers different kinds of voluntary testing on a varying scale. Successfully tested plant protection equipment is registered in the descriptive list. This equipment complies with the compulsory guidelines of Article 16 of the German plant protection act. Furthermore the institute is testing seed drills as well as seed coating facilities. The national inspection of plant protection equipment in use is coordinated by the Institute as well.
