Assignments and Research Activities:

Research assistant in the research group “Beneficial Arthropods and Functional Biodiversity” with focus on the project “Promotion of insects in agricultural landscapes through integrated farming systems with renewable raw materials (FInAL)”

• Surveys of species diversity and seasonal occurrence of Syrphidae and other beneficial organisms in FInAL landscape laboratories
• Evaluation of the fitness status of beneficial organisms as a function of available food resources in agricultural landscapes by developing biochemical and physiological methods
• Monitoring of landscape structures and food resources for the target organisms at the experimental sites
