Assignments and research activities:

  • Research Associate / Project Manager im EU-H2020-Project „Smart agriculture for innovative vegetable crop protection: harnessing advanced methodologies and technologies - SMARTPROTECT”
  • Research and classification of the research results of other project partners on available technical solutions in the field of outdoor and greenhouse vegetable growing
  • Carrying out a benchmarking analysis on innovative plant protection techniques used in deferent vegetable production systems in EU
  • Establishment of a long-term available platform for the exchange of knowledge about innovative crop protection techniques between the different actors in vegetable growing at European level
  • Independent project coordination including time planning, agreements with project partners and subcontractors
  • Independent contact to companies for the acquisition of technical solutions
  • Organization of workshops for growers and support for workshops in other EU countries
  • Dissemination of the results via suitable platforms and events - Preparation of interim and final reports in the project
