• Coordinator of the project "PHYTOSICA"- 'Development of a signal-enhanced immuno-capture amplification for the rapid detection of the quarantine pathogen Candidatus Phytoplasma vitis and the regulated non-quarantine pathogens Candidatus Phytoplasma mali and Candidatus Phytoplasma pyri.
• Further research comprises the molecular characterization of fruit tree phytoplasmas and their diagnosis.
