• Establishment of resistance screening and selection methods to viruses and fungi in vegetables and ornamentals
• Conservation of relevant isolates of viruses and fungi from vegetables and ornamentals
• Evaluation of genetic resources in asparagus to Asparagus virus 1 (AV-1) and Fusarium spp. as well as in carrot to Mycocentrospora acerina and Botrytis cinerea
• Digital image analysis for phenotypical characterisation of resistance to fungal diseases in carrot and asparagus
• Analysis of the occurrence and characteristics to Fusarium spp. in growing regions of pea
