Responsibilities:

• Scientific processing and representation of the PRoKlima project (optimization of the potential of semi-dwarf rye for increasing the climate protection performance of cereal crop cycles)
• Development, establishment and validation of analytical methods (HPLC-FLD; HPLC-MS/MS and NIRS technology and classic wet chemistry) to analyze the quality-determining components (protein, starch, pentosans, fructans) in rye
• Creation and optimization of NIR calibrations for a quick and non-destructive prediction of the quality-determining ingredientsnasschemie
