Research interests
- Characterisation of potato crop wild relatives, searching for new sources of resistance against potato pathogens
- Pre-breeding to utilise resistance genes from wild potato species
- Development of inbred lines and segregating populations for molecular analysis, to identify resistance genes and marker development
