Das DWIH (Deutsches Wissenschafts- und Innovationshaus) Neu Delhi, Indien, organisierte am 14.11.2019 zusammen mit der Botschaft der Bundesrepublik Deutschland in Neu Delhi eine Science Circle Lecture von Prof. Dr. Frank Ordon, Präsident des Julius Kühn-Instituts (JKI). Diese besondere Ehre nutzte Prof. Ordon für einen Vortrag und Diskussion zu dem Thema „Combating the challenge of biotic and abiotic stress in food crops by genomics based breeding“ (Die Herausforderung der Bekämpfung von biotischem und abiotischem Stress in Nutzpflanzen mit Genomik basierter Züchtung). Die Veranstaltung fand in der Deutschen Botschaft in Neu Delhi statt.
