The Julius Kühn Institute publishes a range of brochures, monographs and periodicals.

  publishes original papers and review articles. Topics include plant cultivation, plant protection and phytomedicine, plant health, plant genetics, plant nutrition, and soil science

  a monographic series on topics from the JKI's broad range of research
• VITIS - Journal of Grapevine Research
  specialized in grapevine biology, molecular biology, breeding, viticulture, oenology and related fields

Addressing a more general public, the Julius Kühn Institute publishes a number of leaflets and brochures. The topics are rather diverse: from beneficial insects to harmful beetles, from advice for allotment gardeners to fact sheets for professional growers.
